1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 60 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or order number) is required.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not refundable.
